MEGIN Marketing Manager
Surrey, UK
The Marketing department at MEGIN is currently looking for a Marketing Manager, who will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and support the organisation, implementing a global marketing strategy to increase company and technology awareness within the MEGIN community based in the UK, Surrey offices.
MEGIN’s Marketing Manager needs to be a self-starter, enthusiastic personality, who is willing to take on responsibilities and enjoys working in a small but global team environment. The marketing department at MEGIN is growing and building great momentum which means a hand-on approach across all tasks is needed. We are working in a dynamic environment which will always keep the person joining us busy and challenged. The position will be based from home (during pandemic) and once allowed in the Surrey office based in Weybridge. This role requires full-time availability with option to WFH
This role is a permanent, flexible position (to be discussed with individual candidates), UK, Surrey based office, WFH options, with excellent benefits, and 30 days annual leave.

Office Coordinator

We are looking to reinforce our organization with an enthusiastic and motivated Office Coordinator who has an important role in the heart of the company.
We are looking for a support coordinator for the whole organization with a wide range of tasks from HR to invoice clearance and support to our Customer Care Team. Office Coordinator will be on hand to support the HR function in relevant matters locally at the Helsinki office.
Working time:
Flexible working hours between 20-30 hours per week until 30.5.2022 with a possibility to continue or go full-time and grow the role according to the skillset of the individual and needs of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Social media management including creation and sourcing of relevant and engaging content across multiple channels and multiple audiences
- Website management to ensure sections and information are constantly up-to-date
- Video and digital marketing management in line with Marketing objectives
- Assist in designing and curating content for sales support material such as presentations and technology demonstrations
- Assist in designing marketing material, such as brochures and fact sheets using Graphic design packages in line with company branding
- Ability to collate analytical and key metric reports across all communication channels
- Create and execute quarterly, sometimes monthly, customer and stakeholder communication using Salesforce and Mailchimp tools for execution
- Create and execute annual customer feedback surveys with ensuring results are fed into relevant departments in form of a report
- Working with Sales and Service team to assist with marketing campaigns and communications according to organisation’s roadmap and objectives
- Managing product launch and organisational marketing campaigns including collation of KPI and success metrics
- Managing and planning series of webinar events as well as presence and preparation for global industry events (currently mostly virtual)
- Managing compilation of competitor marketing and sales activity reports
- Support training and sales departments with marketing campaigns
- Ensure all company communications are consistent with MEGIN brand guidelines
Requirements:
- Demonstrable excellence in marketing and exposure to digital channels in previous roles
- Strong bias to action
- Good eye for design and current design trends
- High-performer that wants to be part of a high-performing, motivated team
- Excellent written English for copy writing purposes
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to converse with all key stakeholders
- Good presentation skills
- Good creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Flexibility to work in a global, multi-cultural environment
- At least 2-3 years of multi-channel marketing campaign execution
- At least 2-3 years of social media marketing experience including creation of content for relevant audience
- Previous exposure to video and digital marketing tools, such as YouTube
- Previous experience in using email marketing and customer feedback tools, such as Mailchimp and SurveyMonkey
- Exposure and ability to use CRM database (training will be provided)
- Healthcare industry experience preferable

Office Coordinator

- Supporting Office Manager (based in the UK) with local HR tasks in Helsinki
- Supporting Financial Manager with payroll, time management, invoice clearance and purchases
- Supporting the Customer Care Team
- Administration support to internal meetings
- Travel organization support – Visa and medical requirements
- Expenses management
- Raising purchase orders
- Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors
Working time:

Relevant knowledge and background:
Bachelor of Business (B.B.A) or similar degree
