TRIUX™ neo:

Training Programs

Introduction Training

Objective

The introduction of TRIUX™ neo Magnetoencephalography (MEG) to the core-user group for clinical and/or research purposes. This includes lectures from leading experts, workflow observation and hands-on sessions for acquisition and basic analysis of spontaneous oscillations and various evoked responses. The program is tailored to match the interests of the attendees based on the specialty of their MEG center.

Content

● Principles of MEG
● Modelling and Source imaging of MEG signals
● Overview of system hardware and sensor technology
● Introduction to interference suppression
● Experimental design and stimulus devices
● Demonstration of data acquisition
● Overview of software applications
● Lectures applicable to specialties of attendees

Training Center and Duration

5-day course held at several training sites

System Start Training

Objective

This training is conducted on-site at new installations and upgrades of TRIUX™ neo Magnetoencephalography (MEG) devices. After installation and system integration, a tailored program is delivered by expert trainers to provide the MEG system start and to initiate the on-site application implementation. This occurs typically within the first 2 weeks after system installation and involves subject and/or patient measurements. The objective is to ensure that the key users of the MEG unit are proficient and confident to perform quality MEG measurements and basic analysis using the TRIUX™ neo.

Content

Numerous supervised practical sessions on workflow for spontaneous and evoked responses:
● Patient/subject preparation
● Stimulus paradigms and set-ups
● Data acquisition
● Data analysis for spontaneous and evoked MEG recordings
● QA procedures

Training Center and Duration

10-day (5+5) course at customer site

On-Site Consultancy

Objective

Delivered by expert MEG consultants, module provides, for existing users, further optimization of their MEG usage and applications. This is a tailored course with lectures and supervised hands-on sessions to match the interests of the varying specialties of attendees. This includes optimization of paradigm design for data acquisition and data analysis, physics and mathematical models as well as advanced methods for data analysis for clinical and/or research purposes. Attendees are encouraged to provide their own paradigms and data-sets in advance for the hands-on sessions.

Content

● Site-specific data acquisition
● Data analysis optimization
● Site-specific data analysis
● Project-specific data analysis
● Lectures on mathematical and scientific methods behind MEG
● Interference suppression methods
● Lectures applicable to specialties of attendees
